Theideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing withinthe Travel / Hospitality industries, with a focus on engaging audiences anddriving conversion through compelling content and targeted advertisingcampaigns.Your responsibilities will include:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increaseour brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms.Create and schedule regular, engaging content tailored to eachplatform, reflecting our brand's voice and objectives.Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjustingstrategies as necessary to improve results.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, andtechnologies to drive innovative and effective marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive andconsistent brand message.Plan and execute paid media campaigns across social media platformsensuring alignment with our marketing goals and budget.What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or arelated field.At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management preferablyin the Travel / Hospitality industries. Paid Media experience will beconsidered.Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance trackingtools.Experience with content creation,from ideation to production,including graphic design and video editing skills.Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
