Your role: You will play a vital role in advancing Quadient's DEI strategy and roadmap, leading the rollout of innovative and impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and plans across Quadient's global organization.
You will be defining the short-term and long-term goals, action plans, and metrics related to DEI, partnering with stakeholders to design, coordinate, implement, and drive adoption of corporate-wide programs, measuring and communicating results against committed DEI actions.
Continue to build and execute on DEI Strategy: Utilize DEI data to define a DEI strategy that enhances equity, diversity, and inclusion, including the development of global policies and processes, ensuring that DEI is embedded in our programs, practices, and ways of working to include talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and other programs that support an inclusive and engaged workforce.
Build DEI awareness, influence, and engage leaders: Conceptualize, define, assess, nurture, and cultivate DEI strategic business practices and processes that anticipate future trends and create competitive strategies.
Create and implement DEI programs: Diagnose challenging and complex DEI situations and implement innovative initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for Quadient employees.
Build awareness and understanding of DEI programs: Through education, business consultation, strategic partnerships and coalitions, diverse talent pipelines, and leadership development.
Educate, promote, and support employees and leaders: To integrate and embed DEI principles and practices into policies, guidelines, and reports.
Build best practices through external networking, strategic partnerships, and coalitions.
