Priding their reputation as a fresh food destination site, this client is seeking a Sous Chef in the Cheshire region to build their team in the kitchen and continue to deliver 'proper honest pub grub' and seasonal favourites.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specification. You should have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains, and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.
You will need previous experience in a fresh food environment, working with a passion for cooking, and the chance to develop your skills and experience with excellent training and career development.
