You will contribute to defining and building inventory placement success metrics and finding ways to reduce inventory distance to customers by placing the right items in the right fulfillment center, increasing delivery speed, and reducing costs.You will chase defects in our systems, leaving no stone unturned, and delight our customers with wider selection.

This position is based out of our EU Headquarters in Luxembourg (other EU locations possible).ResponsibilitiesYou will lead some critical performance management initiatives for inventory placement in Europe leveraging complex data management/visualization and presenting those to different levels within the company:Design and own the right set of metrics measuring inventory placement performance.Recommend improvements to the placement strategy using modeling and large datasets.Guide planning teams and other relevant stakeholders to maximize selection and reduce inventory distance to customers.Pioneer new ideas to increase speed and reduce delivery cost to customers.Pilot and implement your recommendations in production through smart configurations in automated supply chain systems.Develop the analytics required to visualize opportunities and measure success.Knowledge of QuickSight / R / Python / any tool allowing visualization and automation will help you go further in your job.Strong SQL and other business intelligence engineering skills are a must.Experience in Program Management is a plus.Experience with operations/supply chain is a plus
