Preply is driven by a culture of experimentation and data-driven learnings, focused on building best-in-class consumer and enterprise solutions.We're currently looking for a Marketing Writer to join our team with the responsibility of creating world-class creative content for the Preply brand.As a Marketing Copywriter, you will:Work closely with the Preply marketing squads, namely CRM, Paid, Content and Brand Marketing to create compelling content across all Preply media channels.Align with growth team to write copy for landing pages that users love.Work closely with a brand/marketing designer to create balanced, beautiful work.Manage and run A/B tests on copy based on data and customer analysis.Continuously measure the performance of your work and always be looking for ways to improve defined channel metrics.Use and refine the voice of Preply and play an active part in spreading it across the company.Ensure quality and relevance of your content by requesting continuous feedback from your peers and our users.Work collaboratively with a team of copywriters, closing feedback loops and constantly sharing insights and new knowledge.Initiate and lead creative brainstorms to stir creativity, do competitor benchmarking, collaborate with the research team to spot the sweetest insights.What we are looking for:A College/University degree, or relevant and equal work experience (share why and how it's relevant).Native English speaker, a C1 level equivalent, or the past 2 years working/studying in an English language-dominant environment.Experience telling stories for diverse audiences and a portfolio to prove it.A track record of being comfortable sending out content to thousands of people without needing approval.Prior experience in social media advertising, Google advertising and/or online writing.Writing short content is your comfort zone - 140 characters is plenty.A self-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversight and direction.A collaborative mindset and a go-getter attitude.Not afraid to ask for help when you need it.The ability to prioritize work and switch between tasks quickly and efficiently.There is a creative flair through all your writing, but you let customer data drive you.A passion for learning (bonus points if you speak more than one language).Experience in writing remarketing campaigns and storyboarding for film is a plus.Google Adwords Certificate, Facebook Blueprint or a Hootsuite Academy are a plus.Experience in managing content calendars is a plus.What we offer:An opportunity for personal and professional growth, supported by high functioning teams, stellar investors and the exciting challenges that come with joining a company at the start of its growth trajectory.An environment free of bureaucracy and corporate constraints where your opinion is highly valued and appreciated.An open, collaborative, dynamic and international culture.A monthly allowance for self-development on Preply.A competitive financial package, with generous leave allowance and health insurance.Our values:Human: We communicate directly, concisely and respectfully.
