Project Manager - Operational and Legal Client CommunicationsYou will act as the project manager for initiatives that require communicating to clients due to operational or legal changes, such as T&Cs updates or migration of banking providers.Principal Areas of Responsibility:Own the delivery of these projects end-to-end, collaborating and coordinating across functions (marketing, legal, ops, tech, commercial, and product).Find opportunities to digitise or change the processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or customer experience.Analyse and create controls to ensure the changes and communications have been effective.Required Experience:2+ years of project management experience.Beneficial Experience:Experience in the financial sector; FX, lending, or payments preferred.Experience engaging with clients.Strong understanding of software development and Agile.Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce.Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels.Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Good communication and presentation skills.Highly organised and strong project management skills.About Us:Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
