Job Title: Technical IT Account Manager

Summary of the Role: The IT Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining business and commercial relationships with a set of internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the platform and services delivered. She/he will act as a trusted advisor and advocate, follow up on new demands, manage delivery, budget, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with a set of internal stakeholder portfolio (Business Units, Engineering, Central function), promoting value, service delivery, and demand management.Manage and optimize the budget dedicated to the delivery of IT services for stakeholders.Provide regular visibility to leadership regarding stakeholder status, escalations, budget, and expectations.Establish and execute governance with stakeholders as appropriate, ensuring the right level of visibility.Coordinate development efforts between the Business and Platform Engineering Units related to enhanced reporting and IT service offerings.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations from the Business towards Platform Engineering.Identify and take accountability for service supply problems.Define and manage marketing strategy (communication) for the account in charge.Mobilize line organization to assure delivery of commitments in line with stakeholder expectations.Escalate internally major issues impacting the delivery of the service.Provide reports and status updates according to customer agreements or as required.Ensure efficient and professional relationship and account management for the assigned customer portfolio.Support stakeholders in their demand for new services/platform components, ensuring quality and alignment with expectations.Define and support overall stakeholder satisfaction for Platform Engineering.
