Job Specification Actively participate in the review of the financing agreements and in closing deals. Administration and bookkeeping of the transactions. Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period. Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines. Calculate settlements/amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions. Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions. As a global financial services provider, Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions. Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders, and the different Loan Admin.
