We are looking for a QA lead to be in charge of the sportsbook QA team to help ensure that quality standards are met.
What you'll be getting up to: Prepare comprehensive Test Plans that outline the project scope, testing methodologies, execution strategy, and schedule.
Develop tailored testing strategies for specific products and applications.
Obtain approval for the test plan and strategy from the team and project manager.
Review and comprehend software requirements specifications to ensure alignment with testing objectives.
Understand business requirements and assess their impact on the test plan and strategy.
Identify gaps or errors in test information and propose appropriate solutions.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the test plan and make revisions as needed.
Communicate effectively with various technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Understand a wide range of technical concepts to ensure thorough testing and strategy development.
Apply best practices in software testing to create test documentation and implement testing techniques.
Promote industry standards to ensure the reliability of products and an excellent user experience.
Adapt testing strategies to meet the specific needs of different projects.
Identify critical elements and components of products, understanding potential testing issues and constraints.
Select appropriate testing tools based on their capabilities and limitations.
Execute software quality assurance testing to ensure product quality.
Ensure that bugs reported in the Defect Management tool are detailed, clear, concise, and include all necessary supporting information for replication and resolution by other team members.
Verify the objectives of test scripts with System Analysts to ensure alignment.
Obtain signoff on test scripts from the QA Manager.
Gather, analyze, and summarize test results, providing clear insights into test performance
