As a marketing manager on the Marketing team, you will partner with the product management and tech teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategy, develop compelling positioning for new and existing products, monitor market and competitive trends, partner with product management to create strategic value-based messaging, and lead the creation of integrated product marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct marketing messaging & positioning, creating compelling marketing narratives and assets to tell the product story to internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the marketing communications and design teams.Act as main liaison between marketing and product management team to understand product development roadmap and evolve product marketing messaging accordingly to our frequent Mirai Platform updates.Ownership of sales enablement collaterals (product brochures, company deck, one-pagers, demos, etc.).Industry and competitive analysis - Actively monitor risktech and finance trends, policies, and dynamics related to balance sheet management and regulation, identifying the key pains of our target audience (tier1 banks and GSIBs).Engage and collaborate with customer-facing teams to deeply understand your buyers, users, segments, sales process, and use cases.Forge relationships with key buyers to regularly garner feedback and gain trusted insights into their challenges.Surface and manage opportunities for customer advocacy (e.g., case study, testimonials, etc.).Lead new product launches and quarterly release communications.Produce solution capabilities video walkthroughs for website and social media promotion.Lead product and solution webinars on a quarterly basis.Lead the Mirai Platform monthly live demo.Strategize and craft product-led presentations for event speakerships.Curate our Mirai monthly newsletter and drip email campaigns to share product updates.Own the content strategy and editorial content: blog posts and whitepapers related to our product and solutions.Play an impactful role in meetings with executive management when the team discusses the overarching product strategy.Champion a positive team culture by building bridges between teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.What are we looking for?5-7 years of experience in a product marketing role in high tech B2B, SaaS startups preferably in enterprise fintech contexts.Native level of Spanish and English.Innate ability to understand complex and technical products, and develop human-centric messaging that is simple, but not simplistic.Deep experience managing marketing campaigns - with the knowledge of what levers drive various aspects of growth, from awareness to consideration, activation to monetization.Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.Proven track record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments.Natural-born leader who will lead not only the product marketing function, but be a key leader across the marketing organization, shaping overall product marketing editorial content, social and communications strategy.A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen. Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.Strong ability to both hustle and problem solve.
