You animate your team of agent reception and refund (6 people). You work in prospecting and developing the portfolio of our merchant partners present in the neighborhood. You manage the staging of brands in the place. You report directly to the Lounge Manager and your main responsibility is to have control over drive to store, check if the team offers the brands every day. The control must be daily, weekly, and monthly, and report to the Lounge Manager any incidences.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for the quality of the reception of international tourists directed to our lounge.You ensure the activity of refund in town, for Global Blue forms, in accordance with the local regulations and Group's procedures.You are responsible for the reliability of the refund operations by checking in particular the documents presented by the tourists (forms, identity papers, etc.).Cash Management and ReportingYou manage cash transactions related to transactions on a daily basis: cash orders from the group's head office, cash counting, daily.
