Your role
We seek a Talent Development Trainee to join the HR Talent team and help us with the learning and development projects inside Affinity.
What you will do
Reporting to the Talent Development Specialist, the position involves the following tasks:
Learning and Development: Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including invitation scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
Identify the learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data and surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
Performance Management: Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve our employee development.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Review and improve the transversal onboarding of the company implementing the feedback from the onboarding surveys. Identify key moments of the employee journey where enhancements can be made to optimize the overall experience.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish.
- You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
