The work also includes assisting in the validation and implementation of novel research models and technologies.Your Key Responsibilities:Support existing neuroscience projects with surgeries, including cranial electrode/minipump implantation and stereotaxic injections.Perform neurophysiological assays such as EEG, LFP, and behavioral.Troubleshoot with minimal direction.Analyze data and report results to project teams across the research organization.Lead or guide others on teams regarding processes, techniques or tasks.Correct issues that may not be immediately evident, using existing or new procedures/processes.Present unsolicited ideas to team leaders/supervisors.Disseminate information with some guidance and exchange information through written and oral communications.Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on specific milestones.Initiate and perform assigned research activities within established guidelines.Maintain current laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.Test standard procedures to provide recommendations for improvements.Participate in the preparation and submission of technical reports, patent applications, and manuscripts.Collaborate effectively with project members by following priorities, checkpoints, and timelines to deliver on objectives.Qualifications:We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:Master or equivalent experience in Neuroscience, biomedical sciences or related area and drug discovery.FELASA-B certification or international equivalent is required
