I-167 - Operational Risk Specialist

What You Will Do: Work with the 1st line of defense to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks and controls. Coach the business to design and implement mitigating actions. Support the risk incident management process by ensuring risk events are recorded, analyzed, and managed according to internal guidelines. Monitor proper & timely execution by 1st line of defense teams of remediation plans. Monitor operational risk against limits and thresholds, as well as financial risk exposures (risk appetite monitoring). Produce respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture and a more efficient risk identification and mitigation. What You Bring: Between 1 and 5 years of enterprise or operational risk management experience. Experience in a tech or financial firm would be considered positively. Knowledge of RCSA approach. Responsible and communicative personality with a precise way of working and the willingness to learn new things and to develop constantly. Ability to identify problems and to solve them systematically and proactively. Technical flair. High English level, both written and spoken, and ability to communicate in Spanish.
