Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a new Regional Manager for the Account Management team (Western) to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge?
The Role We are looking for a Regional Manager for the Account Management team (FR-UK-GE) to join our CX team . You will report directly to the Global Manager of the team and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute an upselling and also retention , satisfaction , and activation plan for our existing clients.
We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business .
What will you be doing: Help to achieve the goals of upselling and retention plans
Hiring to make the team grow
Ensure that the KPIs of your team are achieved
Gather feedback from our customers into proposals for our product team
Be constantly analyzing data to improve or change internal processes
Take care of the team and keep people motivated
Your Profile 2+ years of experience in a management role
Sales , upselling , or cross-selling experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work in a constantly changing environment
Ability to work in an international team setup
Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
