Descripción del puesto: For our store in ECI Marbella we're looking for Part Time Sales Assistants (8h and Sept at 40h) to cover Sundays, English and Spanish speaking.
Job Responsibilities include: Assisting the store in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through the effective assistance with the management of store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.Acting as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.Continuously improving and developing specific skills by taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned (i.e., customer service, merchandising, operations).Exercising discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and of key functional areas.Providing excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring a high level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.Working as a Brand Ambassador to represent the image and transfer the values of the brand to clients.Responsible for the sale of Diesel products in the store, including all customer service and information tasks.Responsible for product stock control and replenishment orders.Very focused on results and targets, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.Perfil: If you:
Are a Brand Ambassador that has a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.Bring strong management and communication skills with a track record of being a well-respected leader in your field.Embrace change and thrive in keeping up with innovation in the retail industry.Are a fashion enthusiast whose friends and colleagues think you are the go-to person for industry trends and product knowledge.Prioritize the customer and excel at building relationships with clients, providing a world-class experience.Have at least 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a Premium or Luxury Company.Possess a strong attitude and specific knowledge in managing a proper selling ceremony and customer service, with proven aptitude for omnichannel sales.Are very focused on results and targets, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.Have a strong interest in the fashion market and its main influencers, brands, and dynamics, staying updated about trends and customer needs.Provide excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring clients a high level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.Are fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.Other information: Hours: Part Time, 8h on Sundays until end August and September at 40h to cover vacations.
