At Talan Spain, we are looking for a person to cover the position of "Data & Smart Automation Head" to join our team in Málaga. This position will be based in our Málaga Office in the Technological Park (Spain).
Requirements:
Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related10+ years of experience with a background in data, smart automation, strategy, and operationsProven track record and in-depth knowledge of data and smart automation strategies and innovation modelsFamiliar with the data and smart automation technology landscape, including knowledge of software and platform capabilitiesYou challenge the status quo and have a proven track record overseeing the end-to-end implementation of strategic change initiativesSuperb communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiencesCuriosity and creativity to question existing processes and approaches and propose new onesExceptional leadership, customer focus, and coaching skills to facilitate collaboration across multicultural teams and develop talents Competencies:
