Learn more athttps://www.Jnj.Com/ .The Director Enterprise Operations is responsible for the compliant, accurate, and timely execution of enterprise contracts, chargebacks, rosters, contract administration and customer inquiry support across JNJ's Med Tech and Innovative Medicine sectors.
The position oversees a team of 30+ professionals and works across a wide range of cross functional internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of the enterprise contract development process of Med Tech Distributors and Consolidated Service Centers (CSCs).Negotiate agreements requiring frequent communications and interactions at executive levels with Customers, SCG Contract Management, Channel Management, Account Management, Contracting Departments at the Operating Companies, Legal, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.Manage Channel Management Operations team including price load and maintenance for our (IM) Acute Care and Med Tech Distributor, and CSC customers.Oversee chargebacks processes to ensure the accurate and timely processing of chargebacks and the resolution of any associated discrepancies.Manage Enterprise Roster Management (ERM) process and resolution of customer inquiries in the Customer Inquiry Support (CIS) team.Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects within JJHCS and the franchises to improve or implement enterprise contracting in various areas (i.E.
; Overlays, Customer Roster, and Distribution).Ensure an efficient contracting process, system, and organization in place to deliver efficient and compliant activities in the areas listed above.People Management and Development:The Director of Enterprise Operations reports to the Senior Director of Commercial ECM, a member of the Enterprise Contract Management Leadership Team (ECMLT), charged with providing strategic direction to the organization across multiple channels and functions of the contracting continuum.
This position owns the people and performance management process for the members of the Enterprise Operations team and provides mentorship, direction, development planning, and performance feedback on a regular basis to team members to ensure effective and productive work teams.
The position coaches and mentors future leaders to identify and champion high potential / high performing talent and incorporates into succession planning.
The Director of Enterprise Operations participates on Industry teams and Councils to gain and keep up with industry knowledge and benchmarks for JJHCS ECM.Qualifications:Education:A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
Advanced Degree or MBA preferred.Experience and Skills:Required:A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.A minimum of 4 years in contracting, finance, business development or licensing and acquisition experience.Ability to work with others at various levels in the organization required.Ability to communicate effectively with others, including defending logical business arguments required.Preferred:Experience in contract strategy, offer/contract development, and contract administration preferred.Experience in interacting with Customers preferred.In-depth understanding of Law Department Guidance Documents related to Commercial Contracting preferred.Developmental experience and proven success in areas such as Finance, Business Analytics and Offer/Contract Development desirable.Understanding of decentralized and cross-functional business models preferred.Experience in project management preferred.Other:This position requires a minimum of 10% travel.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
