In your role as an IT Project Management Officer, you'll be responsible for all governance aspects of the different strategic programs.
You'll team up with the project managers to secure the success of the program.

What you will do: Planning, maintenance, and monitoring of the program as well as the progress of all related sub-projects.
Monitoring and support of project budget and resource planning, including cost controlling.
Participation in and preparation of project events & meetings.
Follow-up of action logs, risks, and program demands together with all involved stakeholders and delivering parties.
Ensuring quality standards in project execution and further development of best practices.
Program and project reporting to relevant stakeholders, as well as securing the efficient information exchange within the program and amongst teams.
What you bring & who you are: Completed studies in business informatics, information technology, business administration or engineering or equivalent training.
Relevant certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, IPMA, PfMP, PPMC desirable.
Several years of proven success in operational/administrative support and monitoring of large, complex IT projects.
Management of external suppliers.
Ability to communicate and solve problems.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
IT quality management skills according to ISO standards.
Very professional English skills, written and oral, plus basic German skills as an advantage.
