ECM, LBO, PF, etc.). Any previous experience in advanced business modelling, valuation, preparation of information memoranda and due diligence documents will be highly valued.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREXPERIENCEWe are aiming to hire analysts and associates for our European M&A team based in Madrid. Thus, a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience is required in advisory in a leading investment bank, M&A boutique, private equity, leverage finance house or Big 4 accounting firm.EDUCATIONUndergraduate degree from a top-tier business/engineering university as well as a strong academic performance. MBA candidates will also be considered for associate roles. Desirable Masters Degree in Corporate Finance.
