Tus tareas: Roles/Responsibilities Plan, schedule and coordinate the technology platform release activities across multiple SAP Production environments with the stakeholders; including project managers, development teams, BASIS, change management and service management teams.The size, scope and contents should be managed in each release.Improvements to be delivered should be planned and managed in the release.Ensure every component added, modified, or removed should be included prior deployment.Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks so the release happens in a controlled way. Execute: Deployment management of functionalities to the live environment.
Monitor and Control:
Ensure the process is followed and monitor activities during the release. Close: End of release communication as well as follow-up on hypercare and post-release issues.
General: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful technology platform releases.Management of releases ranging from small to very large.Maintain the documentation, release notes, known errors, user guides and scripts (instructions, steps) of the release.Post implementation review to support learning and improvement. Must have experience: Minimum experience in technology or IT rolesMinimum experience in multinational environmentsExperience leading and coordinating projects Desirable experience: SAP S/4 HANAHospitality sector Travel needs:
