As a People Business Partner, you will be partnering, coaching, and supporting our senior business leaders to design and drive their people's agenda with their teams, actively engaging in the strategic direction, problem statements, business goals, and priorities and how they impact FREE NOW. You will work closely with the leadership teams of the Finance, People, and Marketing departments. The People Business Partner is an integral function within the People Department reporting to the Chief People Officer. Alongside other key people teams, we are developing innovative solutions, driving key projects, and helping the business to grow while at the same time maintaining our distinct culture that has and will always be core to our success.
You will be the voice of the business within the People Department, accountable for identifying, predicting, and articulating key people-related business challenges. Your Responsibilities:Design and drive the execution of the People Agenda for your respective department (People, Finance, and Marketing).Support the development of people plans and execute strategies directly aligned to business objectives.Partner with leadership on key business projects such as expansion.Be a culture keeper and role model within the business, working tirelessly with leadership to reinforce our culture and curate the best employee experience.Drive people development, particularly in management and leadership teams, supporting the growth of fantastic leaders, enabling them to grow exceptional teams and develop talent for the future.Advise management on labor law in the countries you are assigned to. Your Profile:5+ years experience in an HR Advisory role - ideally with Tech companies.Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization.Proactive and thought-through approach to problem-solving and drive innovation.Experience supporting integration projects, bringing together different teams & cultures.Proactive and able to connect the dots on occurring issues and accordingly able to come up with relevant solutions.German Labor Law experience is preferred.Highly collaborative, able to effectively engage and support specialist teams fully leveraging their capabilities and enabling them to be successful.
