ResponsibilitiesResearch new products and services and provide recommendations to Operations Managers.Assist with project ideation and design, identifying process improvements and potential risk failures.Apply Project Management Methodologies and tools in Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) to effectively reflect business models' and requirements' goals.Increase operational efficiencies to streamline and simplify process flows and effectiveness.Work closely with IT, Product, Revenue, Compliance, and Customer Service on payments related issues.Manage changes to projects' scope and timeline while keeping business objectives in mind.Analyze data and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.Gather and elicit Business Requirements by interviewing customers, stakeholders (external & internal), reviewing existing business documentation, and documenting existing processes and systems.Measure project performance and perform risk management using appropriate tools and techniques.Influence / coordinate technical teams.Develop and maintain Project Documentation and Project Plans.
