We are looking for an HR Technology Operation Lead to oversee our Human Resources primary global systems operations & integrations and provide support to the users, Super users, HRBP, Managers, and employees.
HR Technology Operation Lead responsibilities include managing and prioritising the systems and 3rd party requests and relation, maintaining internal HR systems, data, transactions and integrations, supporting the implementation of new initiatives, contributing to HR and Business projects. Ultimately, you will ensure HR and Business initiatives are well supported and adopted, run smoothly, and contribute to a good employee experience.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with the HR Technology Manager, set objectives for the HRIS Operation team members and track progress.
Monitor internal HR systems transactions, integrations, and databases.
Manage and prioritise the systems and 3rd party requests.
Lead governances with each group/country to support the operation and integration to payroll and system transactions.
Build and monitor key HR Technology operations metrics.
Contribute as a SME in HR and Business projects, synchronise the testing within the Team when required.
Contribute to the Demand Management list and provide feedback for small improvements, to keep a continuous improvement in the usage of the systems.
Perform analyses, audits, reports and/or metrics of data, vendors to solve, track, highlight and/or escalate to other partners.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Proven work experience as an HR Technology Operations Lead or similar role.
Good knowledge of HR processes and systems (SuccessFactors, SFDC, etc).
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team management skills.
Strong attention to details while also being able to manipulate multiple and fast moving data.
Driven by continuous improvement and quality of execution.
Trustworthy with confidential information.
BSc in Human Resources or Technology Management or relevant field.
