As Site Manager of our small 400m2 site, you will be responsible for the management of a production site of radiopharmaceutical products, ensuring good efficiency of production thanks to an experienced and reliable production team and well-maintained equipment and building, with respect to GMP, safety rules, and compliance.
You will use your exemplary leadership and people management skills to harness the potential of the 25-person team, communicating effectively to train, develop, and lead a multi-functional team for radiopharmaceutical production.
You will participate and contribute to the national extended Leadership Team in defining company strategy while ensuring proper execution of plans.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure business continuity.
Work together with the Country Operations Manager to provide direction, formulate strategies, and make decisions which ensure efficient operation.
Develop the team in terms of soft skills and technical competence (with consistent training programs), ensuring succession planning and right talent management, participation in recruitment, and annual reviews.
Ensure development of the production manager to become a potential successor.
Active participation in the retention of people proposing merit increases, incentives, and rewards.
Ensure the agreed production programs meet the process and engineering demands necessary to achieve operational requirements of quality, quantity, timing, and cost.
Define, follow, and control the budgets of the site.
Ensure all necessary resources (raw materials, equipment, human resources) are available for each production to guarantee business continuity as well as the introduction of new processes with minimum delay and take responsibility for all operational aspects.
Ensure plant and technical equipment maintenance, and that the site complies with existing statutory, corporate standards, fire safety, regulatory compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety Environmental Protection.
