We are looking for a Head of Media to join our team in Barcelona.
You will report to the Chief Digital Marketing and Communication Officer and will be in charge of designing and developing a TV media planning strategy aiming to achieve the business goals.
Responsibilities Lead the process of strategic TV media planning and execution at an international level to ensure ad campaigns achieve enormous reach for the best price.
Lead media negotiation deals with media agencies and TV channels.
Set up the appropriate workflow and best practices across different markets.
Seek new opportunities according to the TV media sector transformation.
Manage media budget.
Campaigns ROI/ROAS reporting in coordination with the Data Analyst.
Department leadership and collaboration with different areas for both definition and implementation (Marketing, D2C, Publishing, and Digital Marketing).
Minimum Requirements University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
Leadership role in media buying with significant knowledge about TV media planning (Min.
7 years' experience).
Well-skilled in negotiations.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Proactive and results-driven.
Analytical mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience working at an international level.
