Join our Site Solutions Department as our new Hydrogeologist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Hydrogeologist, you will be part of our successful team composed of geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc., working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.
You will be working closely with Project Managers and other Consultants on environmental investigations, data analysis, remediation activities, litigation projects, and sustainable water management projects.Your key responsibilities will be:Design of site investigations and remediation activitiesField data collectionData analysis and interpretation to develop complex Conceptual Site ModelsDesign and execution of hydrogeological modelling activitiesPumping test design, execution, and interpretation using software programs (Aqtesolv, Aquifertest, or similar)Fate and transport modellingFlood risk assessmentProposal and reporting in Spanish and EnglishYour new teamRamboll has undertaken projects in Spain and Portugal since the 1990s and operates offices in Barcelona and Madrid since 2006.

in Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or similar with a specific formation and skills in hydrogeologyField work and data analysis experienceAbility to develop a geological/hydrogeological site conceptual modelExperience or academic background in hydrogeological modelling (preferable FEFLOW, MODFLOW, etc.)
