We are currently recruiting an Engineer with experience in hydraulics and drainage design, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects.Our clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering water designs for many years, throughout the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand among others. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation and Water projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team for the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain).The responsibilities of this role include:Work is accomplished autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC within established procedures and practices related to hydraulics and drainage.Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.Performs hydraulics and drainage engineering work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.Performs a self-check of work products prior to submitting to others and participates in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff.Prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members.Provides guidance to entry level engineers.Minimum Requirements:Proven track record of working on hydraulic and drainage designs (+4 years).Experience with international regulations and standards (i.e. AASTHO, AWWA, Australian Codes, British Standards, etc.) will be considered favorably.Advanced level in CAD/BIM/Digital Engineering techniques (preferable AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or GIS).Experience working in the North America region/Australia will be considered.Qualifications:- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
