Position Overview: We are currently seeking a German-speaking Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona.
This hybrid/onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact environment, driving business growth and customer success.
As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and help them navigate the digital marketing landscape, ensuring they find the best solutions for their business needs.



Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively engage with German-speaking prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings to understand client needs. Client Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives.
Provide consultations on the most effective digital solutions, ensuring alignment with their goals. Presenting Solutions: Present and demonstrate the company's technology and digital marketing products to potential clients.
Customize presentations to address each client's unique business needs and goals. Closing Deals: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting solutions, addressing objections, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to the account management team after sales. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research on the German-speaking market to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
Utilize your insights into the German-speaking market to help shape these strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Reporting & CRM Management: Track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Maintain accurate records and reports to provide management with insights on sales performance and trends. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the account management, product, and customer success teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Continuous Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, sales strategies, and the company's product offerings.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken. Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Sales & Marketing Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a technology or digital marketing company. Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, online advertising, and lead generation strategies. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client-Focused: A passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales activities, client interactions, and marketing campaigns effectively. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges in an evolving market.
