Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate content as needed.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve content-related issues.Utilize various tools and platforms, including Office 365 and CRM databases, to manage workflow efficiently.Stay informed about content moderation guidelines and adapt to evolving policies.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications: Native Danish speaker with proficient English communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with accommodation platforms is a plus.Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.Willingness to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km of the office). Contract Details: Full-time position (39 hours per week) with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.Work schedule includes Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.Initial temporary contract with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.27 working days of annual leave.
