As a Data Team Lead you will: Focal Point for HR Analytics. Primary contact for receipt of all readiness workforce related data and analytics requests. Develop and lead the process to receive, assess, prioritize, assign and track all readiness data & reporting requests. Work with HR and clients to understand and establish readiness workforce data, critical metrics, dashboard requirements in order to provide meaningful readiness workforce insights. Focal point for People Services data governance and stewardship. Participate in data governance meetings and reporting. Review People Services data processes and identify gaps, areas of risk and provide opportunities to strengthen. Data Assembly, Analysis, Design and Presentation. Work with BI and data specialists and advise on visualization layouts. Work with data experts to establish strategic and operational metrics and predictive models that join people analytics to business objectives and outcomes. Provide essential readiness reports and data from workforce systems. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in HR or compensation technologies. Human Resources (CHRP) or Payroll Accreditation (CPP) or working toward certification an asset. Experience migrating, compiling, manipulating, and merging considerable sized datasets. Experience in workforce analytics, HR data analysis, data assembly, or dashboard design. Expertise in Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite of products, SQL databases and programming. Knowledge of data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau and Bi360. Fluency in written and spoken English (French is an asset).
