Join the Operational Finance Performance team where we are enhancing our digital reporting suite, aiming to simplify the processing of data, digitalize the reporting and make it more interactive and dynamic.
This role is a chance to get familiar with financial and non-financial performance indicators and develop best practices to share with other teams and locations.
Your role
As an Associate Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
Building, amending and simplifying our ETL process to improve speed and usage across processesWork on diverse and interesting cross-country and Global projectsCreating digital reports and dashboards in PowerBI and other visualization tools meeting the requirements of our Global stakeholdersIdentifying and building further automation opportunities and improving data management processesSupport other teams and areas with enhancing existing processes and sharing best practicesCreating and updating our process maps and documentationTest and trial new technology solutions that can further improve our digital transformationYour Skills and Experience
As an Associate Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
0-2 years of prior experience working in a financial services environment desirableMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint experience, with any knowledge about PowerApps/Power BI development being a great helpAbility to work on big data setsAny Coding knowledge in R/Python/SQL would be a positiveAbility to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage time and prioritiesFluent in English (spoken and written).
Further languages preferredUniversity level education or equivalentWhat we offer?
