Reporting to the Operations Project Manager, you will be part of the Iberia Operations Team which has a culture where people thrive implementing disruptive solutions in the last mile and DC operations domains.Your main duties include:Creating common operational standards across our Iberia DCsLeading process improvement projectsIdentifying operational gaps and opportunities to bring innovation and continuous improvements in our daily operationsManaging communication with stakeholders at all levels in the organization regarding progress and risks, in a concise wayEstablishing communication channels for the DCs to escalate operational problems and prioritize needs and projectsBuilding a strong cooperative environment and alignment among the other teams inside Paack: Global Ops, Customer Operations, Data, etc.Who are we looking for?Degree in Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing related disciplineA minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite logistics or manufacturing operationsExperience in Last-Mile delivery is an assetA track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines, with limited resources, engaging stakeholders, and in a fast-paced environmentExperience improving processes by optimizing the warehouse layout#J-18808-Ljbffr
