The Position The Software Delivery Lead (SwDL) in DIxSW is a servant leader for the engineering teams in a Product under development, whose main objective and focus is to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
The SwDL orchestrates technical project activities, facilitates events and processes, and assists the teams in delivering value.
Your Key Responsibilities Act as the Engineering leader for product delivery, with IBL or Product Manager and Program Leader being the main business stakeholders.
Ensure engineering best practices are being followed for each of the engineering capabilities.
Reinforce the use of common engineering tools, their configuration and usage.
Foster collecting data, and setting up and tracking engineering metrics to support preventive and informed decisions (Jira, EazyBI, XRay, SonarQube).
Ensure SonarQube quality gates are aligned with our engineering standards putting a special focus on the maintainability, security and quality of the code.
