Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Digital Operations Lead who is agile, innovative, and has experience in the pharmaceutical sector to join us in our Immunology team, based in our office in Madrid, Spain.About the roleAs the Digital Operations Lead, you will drive the transformation of our omnichannel, data-driven Go-to-Market model and customer-facing interactions. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing current channels, requiring extensive digital media knowledge, expertise in marketing automation, and a passion for analytics.Your key tasks will include:Creating, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on multichannel campaigns via Sales Force Marketing Cloud.Implementing lead scoring practices.Conducting A/B tests, analyzing campaign data.Mapping marketing processes, training teams, optimizing customer journeys.Customizing marketing automation features, and cross-functional collaboration.You will emphasize continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to enhance digital channel effectiveness.Who you'll work withInternal stakeholders including medical, marketing, access, and sales.What you'll doCreate, monitor, optimize, and report on multichannel campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud.Manage all steps of campaign setup with Solutions team and European Marketing resources.Implement lead scoring practices to enhance conversion rates.Conduct A/B tests to improve key metrics: open rates, clicks, leads, conversions.Map, update, and implement marketing automation and lead generation processes.Train marketing colleagues and field teams on digital marketing best practices.Interested?For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills:Bachelor or Master in Digital Management, Business Informatics, or similar qualification required.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant digital experience in a company or agency environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.Passionate about digitalization, with advanced knowledge of trends and digital communication channels.Experience with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.Fluent in Spanish with a good knowledge of English.Proven track record in developing high impact omnichannel solutions aligned with ecosystem drivers.Are you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
