[Hvm-986] Mahle Smartbike Systems - Mechanical Area Team

The Mechanical Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for the global build-up and management of a new Mechanical Engineering Team and will have strong interaction in the Mechatronics field. The position will coordinate with other MAHLE entities inside the R&D teams, and will interact with suppliers, clients, and different partners.
Your Role & Responsibilities Planning and establishing the needed resources to allow proper development towards the PDP.
Leadership on PDP processes in the Mechanic area.
Management of the Mechanical area design team.
Provide mechatronics engineering recommendations and support in engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
Supply strong support in Drive Unit and motor topics, especially in the tolerancing and concentricity areas.
Manage budgeting and resource planning.
Ensure on-time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly.
Create quality validation, evaluation requirements, and tests.
Your Skills & Strengths Mechatronics and/or mechanics profile.
More than 10 years' experience in mechatronics tasks.
Experience leading technical teams.
Experience with mechanic and electronic design.
Knowledge of designing R&D processes.
Knowledge of the principles and equipment of an electric bike would be advantageous.
Experience in problem solving and scheduling action plans.
Strong interpersonal skills.
English C1 level.
