Position Summary: Responsible for eBusiness strategy and activation.
This person owns the digital path to purchase and journey of our consumers from acquisition to sales, engagement, and retention.
He/she will be responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing the execution of content, online media, community management, influencer marketing, and CRM.
This position will lead a team of 3 people and several resources outside the team (DAT, agencies).

This includes:
Develop a clear strategy across touchpoints and channels.Establish Nestlé Baby&Me platform as the point of reference for the Category, enhancing data acquisition and CRM program.Excel in SEO, SEM, optimizing media strategy.Harness the Power of Influencers including own programs (Mum & Me) already existing in Spain, to be set up in Portugal.Supervise digital content in Portugal and Spain.Drive, Test and Learn of high potential new digital programs.Relationship with e-business team from the European Zone.Manage your team and ensure their performance and well-being:Support direct reports (workload prioritization, coaching, feedback, functional training, recognition, rewards, etc).Provide visibility of the team to senior management.Ensure good relationship with stakeholders.Pioneer new ways of thinking and continually seek innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions by staying up to date with consumer habits.Benchmark brands/industries for success metrics and growth enablers and incorporate relevant best practices.Build, manage and leverage an efficient, high performing network of agencies & partners, stay externally focused.Are You A Fit? Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar position:
Experience leveraging overall brand objectives to design and deliver impactful consumer engagement marketing strategies.Experience in Digital Marketing and Direct-to-Consumer Business.Proven success developing multi-channel strategies, acquisition & retention marketing activities, especially CRM program.Strong command of digital content, community management, influencer marketing, Search (SEO/SEM) and paid media (Social/Display) landscapes.Understanding of e-commerce operations processes, standards, and best practices from a Generating Demand point of view.Understanding of technology solutions involved in data driven marketing (Salesforce marketing cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.)
as well as ecommerce technology (Magento).Experience leading a team.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be highly considered.
