Nature and Aim of the Position It is a management position responsible to achieve the Budget targets and to ensure field sales team members are in the condition to deliver their best.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Delivery of budgeted targets assigned.
Coach and drive the field sales team, both sell in and sell out.
Keep a relationship with assigned customers and prospects.
Deliver specific projects.
Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way.
Main Areas of Responsibilities Achievement of Budget targets.
Set sales targets and minimum quality standards required to field sales organization.
Ensure that a maximum amount of merchants use GB services. Cross-sell across accounts portfolio.
Analysis of results vs. objectives, understanding reason for deviation and initiation of corrective actions when needed.
Ensure CRM, MStrategy and all GB sales tools are properly used as well as desired working method is applied.
Report to the Company all significant competitor activities and market trends.
Relationship with customers and prospects assigned, as well as main stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction with clear communication to the field sales team.
Evaluate, grow, train and improve the field sales team. Take decisions on sales team reporting to him/her.
Ensure all activities are done in respect of Company rules and applicable legislation.
Main KPIs Net Commission from TFS
GB Media/DP revenue
NC/GC ratio for TFSIR, RR, ORR
New business
Products extension within present customers
GB academy online users
Reporting and Collaboration Main Function Interaction: Direct reports, Country Managing Director, Sales Marketing Manager, IT Manager, Regional Chief Operating Officer.
Main Cross-Function Interaction: Admin
Specific Skills and Competencies Genuine sales leadership, ability to coach and to drive the sales organization.
Strong customer orientation.
Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels.
Good knowledge of MS Office products.
Financial knowledge.
Ability to learn quickly and to catch business TFS fundamentals in an easy way.
Telesales experience/knowledge/background.
Able to report as part of his tasks.
Organizational skills; pay attention to details.
Able to follow procedures and make his/her team work in the same way.
Education and Qualifications University graduate preferred.
Experience Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the sales targets. 3 years experience of leading, managing and developing a sales team. Experience in Retail, B2B2C sectors (Ticket restaurant), Credit Cards (Amex). Good to have background in tourism.
