Responsible for global delivery and (Pre-) sales, we define training and enablement requirements across 19 locations, impacting over a thousand employees. As a credible voice in the Microsoft space, we share our expertise at industry events and webinars.Primary ResponsibilitiesProduct Build & Innovation: Lead the engineering efforts for the creation and improvements of the Managed Extended Detection & Response for Microsoft Sentinel service, accelerating time-to-value for SoftwareOne customers.Strategic Partnership: Collaboration with Microsoft, including the realization of joint Security initiatives, ensuring our service is at the cutting edge of technology and market needs.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal Centres of Excellence and service units to promote integration and synergy across our joint initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to solution development, architecture, and delivery.Product & Delivery: Implement product strategies that align with our corporate goals, driving growth of the MXDR for Sentinel service, increasing customer base and customer satisfaction.Delivery Excellence: Elevate our delivery efforts and innovate the product by being a trusted advisor and leading engineer for the strategic MXDR for Sentinel service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
