As a Legal Counsel, what are you going to do?You will have a passion for drafting and negotiating agreements with Vision-Box's business partners. In deals, you know how to balance between commercial and legal stakes, as well as identify and clearly communicate any legal risks. You will be working within a team of lawyers, driven by a need to make the complex simple with legal judgment and a business mindset.
You will also be part of internal legal-related projects; the role will involve daily exposure to internal customers and sometimes to external partners, as well as to Vision-Box's management. You will work very closely with Vision-Box's teams around the world.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting a wide variety of commercial issues and technology contracts agreements with Vision-Box's partners and customers, varying in nature, complexity, and value.Working on all phases of deals, ranging from the proposal/bid review stages, right through to final negotiation, escalation to senior leadership, and dealing with any post-signature issues, claims, and litigation.Assessing legal risks and providing general advice to the business.Working closely with the sales, delivery, and operations teams and supporting them in the bidding processes and commercial negotiations.Understanding fast-evolving technology as applied to Vision-Box's business and its legal framework and taking appropriate legal steps.
