The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoKeep a Product Owner mentality, ensuring designs meet the player's needs, the franchise strategy and the business goalsEncourage the creativity of the entire team to craft new features and obtain valuable learningsTransform high level opportunities into concrete and well thought out feature designsCreation of all facets of game design including: feature specifications, user flows, previews, prototypesHelp and coach game designers in producing and updating game specs that contain the right level of detail while staying concise and easy to understand by the whole teamWork closely with art and product leads to establish a consistent visual identity and languageCollaborate with UX designers in the creation of solutions that leads to visible, accessible, user-friendly and engaging featuresCollaborate with artists, technical artists and engineers to continuously improve how we carry designs from concept into final implementationApply and maintain a unified user flow throughout gameplay systems and featuresIterate using player and team feedback to optimise for simplicity, comprehension, and functionWhat We're Looking ForExperience working as a Game Designer in mobile gamingUnderstand core challenges of mobile UXAbility to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environmentAbility to develop and communicate complex systems on Core, Meta and Social layersYou can hold the vision for a feature from concept to releaseYou have experience with user centric design / brainstormsYou will have a consistent record of creating impactful features on live gamesExperience designing and extracting learnings from A / B testsYou're someone who is self-motivated, who thrives in an agile environmentYou have deep passion for creating polished, innovative gameplay experiences for casual mobile games
