The main duties and responsibilities of this role:- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Screening resumes and applications- Conducting Interviews according to Jumeirah Standards (Behavioural Based Interviews) - Updating our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements. - Updating job descriptions- Organize internal events related with colleagues About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Qualification- Studies related to hospitality or human resources Experience- Related work experience is a strength Skills - Good English communication skills - Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications. - Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management. - Team work and creative skills. - Pleasing personality.
