The main duties and responsibilities of this role:- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Screening resumes and applications- Conducting Interviews according to Jumeirah Standards (Behavioural Based Interviews) - Updating our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements. - Updating job descriptions- Organize internal events related with colleagues
