This includes some international processes.Onboarding and integration of new team members.Coordination with personnel administration for contract drafting, registrations/deregistrations with social security, changes, settlements, payroll reviews, communication, and incident resolution with employees.Application of labor relations and disciplinary regime (control of labor absenteeism, hires, terminations, attendance, timekeeping, etc.).Collaboration with HR management in workforce planning, professional compensation, staff disengagements, conflict management, and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) management with external prevention services.Maintenance and updating of the HR dashboard.Providing HR area information to other units when needed.Ensuring compliance with GDPR and delivering informational materials to employees.Ideal candidate profileIt would be great if you have a Degree in psychology, labor relations, or other fields related to people management. We are looking for someone:With a desire to excel and commit to the project, who shares our values and is eager to work on a project where initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to make things happen are highly valued.With excellent communication skills.
