DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.Knowledge and Functional Competencies Needed Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management.Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.Knowledge of company policies, principles, and labor laws.Computer skills - MS Office.Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php13,780.00 per month
