Job description: The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu's growth by providing employees with the right support and career development throughout their work experience.
HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures, and ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations.
As an HR Officer, you will advise and provide HR support, following up on HR policies, procedures, administrative and legal aspects, etc.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for the employee lifecycle within your scope.Liaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if any.Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems.Ensure compensation & benefits are in line with company policies & government regulations.Responsible for the onboarding & offboarding process of employees.Administer internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated population.Coordinate & manage logistics of trainings.Contribute to lean management and improvement of HR processes.Contribute to HR group projects.Address payroll-related queries.Prepare documents in compliance with labor legislation and company local regulations.Manage personnel record-keeping and reporting.Process employee paperwork and assist them with workplace adaptation. Ideal profile:You have a Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalent.You have a previous experience in HR and administration field of 2 years.You are fluent in Spanish and English, and eager to work in an international team.You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.You are curious, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation; autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
