Job Description
The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations, etc.
As an HR Officer, you will advise and provide HR support, following up on HR policies, procedures, administrative, and legal aspects, etc. Your responsibilities will include:
Be responsible for the employee lifecycle within your scope.
Liaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if any.
Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems.
Ensure compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies and Government regulations.
Responsible for the onboarding & offboarding process of employees.
Administer internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated population.
Coordinate & logistics of the trainings.
Contribute to the lean management and improvement of HR processes.
Contribute to HR group projects.
Address payroll-related queries.
Prepare documents in compliance with labor legislation and the company's local regulations.
Manage personnel record-keeping and reporting.
Process employee paperwork and assist them with workplace adaptation.
Ideal Profile:
You have a Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalency.
You have a previous experience in HR and administration field of 2 years.
You are fluent in Spanish and English, eager to work in an international team.
You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You are curious, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude; autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
