Human Resources Manager

Job Duties: Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent;Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment;Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and foster growth;Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive compensation packages;Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations;Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems;HR Strategy: Contribute to the company's strategy meetings and advise on HR implications of business decisions;Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that improve our workplace and promote company culture.Candidates Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus;Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry;Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws;Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills;Proven ability to oversee and manage HR metrics;Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems;Ability to handle data with confidentiality;Proven track record of developing and mentoring staff to higher performance;Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
