Job Duties:1? Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent;2?Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment;3.?Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and foster growth;4.

Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that improve our workplace and promote company culture.Candidates Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus;- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacture industry;- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws;- Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills;- Proven ability to oversee and manage HR metrics;- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems;- Ability to handle data with confidentiality;- Proven track record of developing and mentoring staff to higher performance;- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
