All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and promoted throughout the human resources and training functions.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Human Resources department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.My key role is supporting the Human Resources team in the preparation and implementation of the resort's Human Resources Plan including all aspects of HR Administration, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring Factorial app is updated in every Hosts' profile regarding data protection, and health & safety, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.I will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to create a positive and engaging work environment for our team.I oversee PRL Coordinator in scheduling trainings with third party, arranging Medical Checks for new hosts with local partners.I will analyze work accidents and sick leaves statistics and trends and will implement corrective plans accordingly.It is my responsibility to have up to date and accurate records of all Health and Safety and Data Protection Hosts data.I will be responsible for lockers administration and maintenance, as well as their distribution and assignment to hosts.I will be in charge of all aspects of Hosts data protection and will ensure to communicate effectively any changes or updates to Human Resources Management and Department Heads.I oversee all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) with the Occupational H&S company and will ensure that the annual PRL activities and action plans are in place and properly implemented and followed up.I will be the Human Resources champion in the Occupational Health and Safety committee and will ensure proper follow-up of all activities and procedures discussed are successfully implemented.I oversee third party contractors and their coordination with the hotel, making sure all documents and procedures are up to date in E-coordina and that we comply with all applicable legal regulations
